Become a well-oiled drumming machine with Drop Singles

Fast, smooth single strokes are an important part of Jazz drumming. They don't have to be so hard to accomplish as you might experience. Master Jazz drummer, John Hvasta, demonstrates a technique he discovered and named "Drop Singles" that will make it so much easier for you to approach singles strokes when speed matters. John also shows you how to mix these with other techniques, such as accenting, flat flams, and moving between different drums. Once you can successfully mix drop singles into your Jazz drumming you'll be able to express and execute your ideas so much more succinctly and reliably at faster speeds.
