"*Akbar Joojeh*" is a name that instantly rings a bell for us Iranians—it brings back memories of the fragrant rice from the north, the delicious taste of grilled chicken, and that mouthwatering pomegranate sauce. Back in *1944**, a young man named **Ali Akbar Kolbadi Nejad* started a small eatery near *Golugah* town. With the help of his beloved wife and his amazing cooking skills, he slowly attracted more and more customers. After a few years, their little shop turned into a restaurant called *"Akbar Joojeh."* Now, after almost *80 years**, Kolbadi’s children and grandchildren have opened multiple branches of *Akbar Joojeh all across Iran. It’s one of those famous chain restaurants that, without a doubt, every Iranian has visited at least once! Today, Akbar Joojeh isn’t just the name of a restaurant—it’s a beloved dish for so many people in our country.
