Protecting US Critical Infrastructure

What does resilience look like when a cyberattack reaches critical infrastructure? Using U.S. water systems as a case study, I apply the resilient systems engineering framework Avoid, Withstand, and Recover to show how communities can reduce exposure, maintain essential services during disruption, and restore operations without repeating the same weaknesses.
