Why Is Nobody Fixing This? Broken Traffic Light Near Lalbagh, Bangalore

The traffic signal at KH Circle, right in front of Lalbagh's East Gate in Bangalore, has been stuck on a permanent orange/amber signal — and it's causing chaos. Three roads merge into this circle. With no working signal to regulate the flow, motorists are left to fend for themselves — and buses and lorries barrelling through at high speed make this a serious accident risk, not just an inconvenience. I've filed multiple complaints to 112 about this exact signal over the last 2 years. Despite this, traffic police posted at the junction don't switch the signal on at any time of day — the light simply sits on orange, indefinitely, regardless of who's on duty.
