British Guy Watches Iowa Football for the First Time

This is my first proper look at the Iowa Hawkeyes on the field, and after randomly picking them as one of my five teams to follow this season, they certainly gave me an introduction. Iowa take on Northern Illinois, and this one gets very one-sided very quickly. After recently learning about the incredible Iowa Wave, I’m slowly discovering what makes this team, its fans and college football culture so special.
