Mexican Coleslaw 10 ounce package Angel Hair Cabbage 11 ounce can white corn, drained pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds fresh cilantro red, green and yellow bell peppers, chopped grated carrots, optional tortilla strips Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing lime juice, to taste Mix all the ingredients, except the salad dressing and the lime juice, in a large bowl.
