Sword Saint (Last Boss Umbrella Cheese) - Sekiro Shadows Die Twice

For Sword Saint first phase you can hit and run like i'm attempting at the start, but tbh i still prefer baiting his thrust attack for a Mikiri. For the last 2 stages the umbrella is a really solid tactic, doesn't really feel like cheese tbh. It may take a few attempts to get it, best of luck!
