Nasta ZE690: 70-tonne excavator on grid and battery

The Nasta ZE690 is a 70-tonne electric excavator that works from the grid and moves on battery. A 297 kWh battery gives about an hour of cable-free operation and supports the grid connection during power peaks. Nasta Spesialproduksjon electrified the machine. Hevtec delivered the controls, electric powertrain design, electrical design and thermal management.
