Cloudflare Open Source AI Audits Code, But Misses Half The Bugs

Cloudflare open source just dropped a free AI skill called security audit skill that hunts for security bugs in your code, and it gained 1,712 stars in a single day on top of 34,999 total. It plugs into coding agents like Claude Code or Codex, runs a six phase audit, and uses a separate agent to try to disprove every bug it finds. But Cloudflare's own documentation admits a single run only catches about half the vulnerabilities that repeated runs find.
