How K-12 and Higher Education Institutions Are Preparing for ADA Title II

Public institutions are facing a growing challenge: managing accessibility across thousands, or even hundreds of thousands, of documents, many of them in PDF format. As ADA Title II requirements become more explicit, accessibility is no longer a one-time effort. It requires scalable approaches that bring together governance, training, workflows, and technology. In this session, we have explored how K-12 school districts and higher education institutions are preparing for document accessibility at scale – sharing practical lessons, implementation approaches, and recommendations grounded in real-world experience.
