🚨Ghana is set to introduce a major change in the way traffic offences are enforced from September 2026. Under the proposed system, police officers will stop routinely checking drivers' documents at the roadside less often, with cameras taking a greater role in identifying traffic violations. 📸 Cameras will be used to detect offences such as: 🚗 Driving without valid insurance 🪑 Failure to wear a seatbelt 🚦 Other traffic violations captured on camera Police will review the recorded footage, and motorists who are found to have violated traffic regulations could receive fines electronically on their phones. The government says the move is intended to: ✅ Make traffic enforcement more efficient ✅ Reduce unnecessary roadside stops ✅ Improve compliance with traffic regulations ✅ Reduce opportunities for roadside bribery The move could significantly change the experience of driving in Ghana, shifting traffic enforcement from traditional roadside checks toward technology-based monitoring. 💬 Do you think camera-based traffic enforcement will reduce police bribery in Ghana, or will it create new problems for motorists? 👍 Like, comment and subscribe for more Ghana road safety news, DVLA updates, traffic regulations, police reforms and trending stories. #Ghana #GhanaPolice #TrafficFines #RoadSafety #DVLA #GhanaRoads #TrafficRules #GhanaDrivers #RoadChecks #TrafficCameras #GhanaNews #DrivingGhana #RoadSafetyGhana #BreakingNews Naked Truth on Oldboga Trends with Maxi Billian
