When money gets tight in my house, I don't open my wallet first. I open my freezer. These are the 12 everyday foods I always freeze to stop throwing money in the trash: bread, ground beef, butter, cheese, bananas, rice, beans, my free "broth bag", tortillas, milk, tomato paste and eggs. Nothing fancy. Just food you already buy, and exactly how I freeze each one so it comes out good, not tired and full of ice. The one rule I live by: the freezer is a pause button. Freeze food at its best, not when it's already on its way out. And what did your mom or grandmother always keep in the freezer? I read every one. If this helped you, subscribe.
