One for Norfolk Southern, NS 8103 is Norfolk Southern’s Norfolk & Western heritage locomotive—a GE ES44AC wearing the predecessor railroad’s blue-and-gold paint scheme rather than standard NS black and white. It is a modern freight locomotive, not a restored N&W diesel. Second, a CSX Heritage Unit - CSXT 1850 is CSX’s Louisville & Nashville (L&N) heritage locomotive—a modern GE ES44AH painted to honor the historic L&N Railroad. And more today!!
