[EAS mock, DESC] Tornado Warning for Warren and Clinton counties in Ohio.

So, here’s a few explanations as to what’s happened here in this mock. It’s supposed to be based off a glitchy SDR device, and a glitch SAGE Digital 3644. So that’s why there’s only 2 headers, with the 2nd one being partially glitched and cut off. This is designed to be based off of WKFS FM, aka KISS 107.1. Was somewhat difficult to simulate, but ‪@dayton_EAS‬ gave me feedback during editing! So now it sounds a bit more accurate too, since they’ve also done the same for the SAGE and SDR glitches I added in too! The NWR station being relayed is KIH42. Well… time to make 1-2 more EAS mocks after this one! Do not use these EAS tones on public airways or in public to try and cause confusion, mass panic, or as a prank. These EAS tones are valid and will activate equipment. If you ignore this anyway and get in trouble, do not put the blame on me. If you try to blame me regardless, I will put the blame on you instead and laugh at you.
