Florida Keys Dive Trip | A Weekend in Islamorada

I headed down to Islamorada in the Florida Keys for a long weekend adventure, but this trip had a special purpose... getting my PADI Open Water scuba diving certification. Along the way, I made a few stops to explore the area, including Divers Direct in Key Largo, Robbie's of Islamorada, Tea Table Key, and Rain Barrel Village. I also stayed at Fisher Inn Resort & Marina and grabbed some breakfast at Mangrove Mike's before heading home. The highlight of the weekend was definitely getting underwater with Islamorada Dive Center. After completing my training and checkout dives, I officially became a certified scuba diver! I even got to capture some underwater footage to share with you. This was an incredible experience, and I'm already looking forward to planning more diving adventures.
