Tuesday the 16th June, running in the Dam Flask Relays at Low Bradfield in Sheffield, hosted by the Sheffield Running Club https://www.sheffieldrunningclub.org.uk/ Running with the first team in the relays this year, trying not to hold them back too much ! A 3.5 mile loop around the reservoir and up a leg destroying hill, before dropping back down to Low Bradfield and handing over the baton.
