The wild side of Sri Lanka | safari, sea turtles & more

We came to Sri Lanka for Sharks International 2026… but obviously had to arrive a few days early. 🇱🇰 We started in Weligama with a few days of surfing at Kima Surf Camp before heading into Yala National Park to photograph some of Sri Lanka’s incredible wildlife, followed by a visit to the Koggala Turtle Farm & Hatchery to learn more about their sea turtle conservation work. And this was only the beginning Next vlog: we head to Colombo for Sharks International 2026, starting with a field workshop at the Negombo Fish Landing Site to get a firsthand look at fisheries research in Sri Lanka. 🦈
