我用AI重建了整套求职流程（三步全分享） Why more experience but no interview? I rebuilt my job search with AI

en-plus applications, one interview. Meanwhile my friend's daughter — a final-year undergrad — landed 2–3 interviews out of 10 applications. As someone with years of experience, that stung. I spent a week reworking my whole job-search strategy, and here's what I figured out: my resume read like an autobiography, not a sales pitch. HR skims it in 30 seconds; AI scans for keywords. They don't want a dump of everything I've ever done — they want to know what I can do for them. This video is the complete 3-step system: ① Build your personal skill library — feed AI all your old resumes, sort by career direction. Non-negotiables: never delete anything, never fabricate, tag every skill with the job keywords it maps to. ② Screen jobs before you apply — paste the full job ad into AI, cross-reference your skill library, get two numbers: skill-match score and interview probability. My thresholds: 85% match and 20% interview odds, otherwise I skip. ③ Let AI write the resume — only what the role needs, cut the rest; every capability backed by a concrete example (what you did → problem you solved → value you delivered) with numbers; no inventing. Also covers cover letters and selection criteria — essential for university and government roles in Australia. I've packaged the whole thing into a reusable skill; drop a comment below if you want it. Free updates until you land a job you love.
