Rich, chocolatey, soft in the middle, and loaded with dark chocolate. Perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings! Ingredients: • 80 g butter • 200 g dark chocolate • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 140 g brown sugar • 250 g all-purpose flour • 30 g cocoa powder • 4 g baking powder • Extra dark chocolate for topping Instructions: 1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together. 2. Beat the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla for 1 minute. 3. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well. 4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until combined. 5. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. 6. Shape the dough into balls and add extra chocolate inside and on top. 7. Freeze for 3–5 minutes. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 12 minutes. 9.
