Judgment reserved in the Sithelo and Gwadiso royal families court case

Judgment has been reserved in the court case involving the Sithelo and Gwadiso royal families from Ngqeleni in the Eastern Cape. The Sithelo Royal family took the Gwadiso family to court following the termination of Thulani Sithelo's appointment as the late chief Zwelandile Sithelo's successor. Sithelo was recognised as a lawful chief in 2018 and issued with a certificate by Cogta, which was later contested.
