Discover Tuscan Lasagne with Leek & Kale | Pasta Grannies

We’re in the heart of Tuscany this week with two lifelong friends, Marina and Valeria. They make vegetarian lasagne with leeks and cavolo nero. I love leeks so this was the perfect late breakfast for me. Marina is the sister of butcher Dario Cecchini who you may have seen on instagram, and we had the pleasure of meeting him during the filming of Anna making tagliatelle al ragu.
