10 minute standing abs workout with a kettlebell or dumbbell. 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, no floor work and no jumping. If you want to train your core without getting on the floor, this one gets it done. It builds real core strength through controlled, weighted movements — rotational strength, anti-rotation, and overhead stability. Everything is done standing. No floor work, no jumping, just focused core training that challenges your abs, obliques, and deep stabilizers without rushing through reps. Use a weight that lets you stay in control, move with intention, and feel every rep. For reference, I’m using 20 and 35 lb kettlebells. New workouts every week. Subscribe and make training a habit.
