Work, meetings, deadlines, food, medicines, lab results, and a few little adventures in between. 😂 This week was a reminder that sometimes, adulting means trying to balance everything while also realizing that your health needs your attention, too. So habang nagwo-work, nagbibilang ng calories, nagre-refill ng medicine kit, at nag-aasikaso ng kung anu-ano, kailangan ko rin palang alagaan ang sarili ko.
