EVERYTHING NEEDED FIXING THIS WEEK | IKAANIM NA LINGGONG BIYAHE

Another week, another biyahe. 🚗🚘🩷 This week made me realize how much of adult life is actually about maintenance! Yung mga damit na hindi na kasya sa closet. Yung cabinet na biglang nasira. Yung dehumidifier na kailangang bantayan. Yung table na biglang bumigay. Yung trabaho na kailangan tapusin kahit gabi na. Parang laging may kailangang ayusin, tapusin, linisin, or asikasuhin. Haha! And somewhere in between all of that, kailangan ko ring alagaan ang sarili ko and remind myself na magpahinga kapag pagod, mag-recharge, and even make time for the little things that make me feel good. Kaya siguro hindi rin pala masamang matutong mag-maintain. Hindi lahat kailangang palitan. Hindi lahat kailangang iwanan. Sometimes, I just need to take care of what I already have. Including myself. And maybe that’s what this week was for me, a reminder that taking care of the little things is also progress. From work, late nights, random repairs, content creation, and finally a much needed haircut. Ayun na naman. Another week, another biyahe. ❤️ Salamat sa muling pagsama sa akin, a! Biyahe tayo ulit next week? 🚗 ---------- Another week, another journey. 🚗🚘🩷 This week made me realize how much of adult life is actually about maintenance. Clothes that no longer fit in the closet. A cabinet that suddenly needs fixing. A dehumidifier that needs to be emptied. A table that unexpectedly breaks. Work that still needs to get done, even late at night. There always seems to be something that needs to be fixed, finished, cleaned, or taken care of. Haha! And somewhere in between all of that, I also have to remember to take care of myself and be reminded to rest when I'm tired, recharge when I need to, and make time for the little things that simply make me feel good. Maybe that’s something I’m learning: "not everything needs to be replaced or changed. Sometimes, things just need a little care." And that includes myself. This week wasn’t about some big achievement or major realization. It was just a collection of ordinary things that needed my attention, and I think there’s something meaningful in that, too. Work, late nights, random repairs, content creation, and finally, a much-needed haircut with a friend.
