Dear MPs, it's time to act.

The UK government recognised that animal suffering for entertainment is unacceptable. So they passed a law to make it illegal to promote animal attractions abroad that would not meet UK welfare standards. Two years later, this Act is still not implemented. Dolphins, orcas, elephants, primates, big cats and so many other animals continue to suffer while the legislation gathers dust. MPs must get their Act together!
