In this first video of the PMmapping AI for Federal Contracting series, I introduce a representative federal RFP and explain the analysis workflow that will be demonstrated throughout the series. In this video, I introduce a representative federal Request for Proposal (RFP) and provide an overview of the Excel Structured Scope Table that will serve as the foundation for the remainder of this series. The Structured Scope Table can be used to support: • Proposal pricing • Project scheduling • Subcontractor Statements of Work • Project Risk Registers • Program planning In future videos, I’ll demonstrate how to use AI to generate this table, refine the output, and apply it throughout the federal contract lifecycle. The demonstrations use representative examples to illustrate the workflow without using proprietary or sensitive contract information.
