[June 2116 - Oct 2116] We begin Part 11 by mulling over (after the game finally gives Westralia the proper IP post-merge-with-Indonesia) whether we'll be paying a Unity Tax to maintain Cohesion there, or pump Knowledge. Some of the math may be iffy but it's pretty clear that after we get our Knowledge bonus up, it'll be almost as efficient to pump Knowledge as Unity to keep Cohesion at 5 (and as you'll see, that's what we'll do in the future). For now, though, we need to drive Inequality to below 4 -- the increased Cohesion drop/month for being even slightly above 4 Inequality is huge. Shortly after, Sabina's name is revealed in the Pluto Papers. For shame! Ah well, time for some extortion. Hopefully she won't hold it against us. Oh wait, all of a sudden she has to do "Criminal Favors" for someone and messes up Westralia's Inequality for some supposedly important mission ... right, total coincidence, Sabina, sure it is. On Earth, our war with Israel isn't going great. We have a 9-navy beatstick, but Israel just allied with Iran and company (as is natural) and Iran sends armies to reinforce. We find we have to retreat, boo. In Space, asteroid probes start coming in. Nothing too sexy (that we can settle, at least, the aliens find a 31-fissiles spot) but we start settling with Boost. We have to be picky as we can't bust through the hate cap for a year or so. Tech-wise, we mow through Orbitals/Settlement Habs and start up the Military techs needed to build Artemis escorts, to take down that alien monitor coming in with the assault carrier. AND. The Aliens Land.
