Aimlessly Wandering Shinjuku, After Dusk

Shinjuku has always felt a little overwhelming to me after dark. I started this walk at the East Exit of Shinjuku Station and wandered through Kabukicho, Godzilla Road, Golden Gai, Hanazono Shrine, Nichome, and finally Omoide Yokocho. There wasn't much of a plan beyond walking, observing, and seeing where the night would lead. It's a strange feeling being alone in Shinjuku. Part of me felt excited by the bright lights, crowded streets, and endless movement. Another part felt slightly nervous, as if I was stepping into a city that was moving much faster than I was. As I wandered deeper into the neighborhood, I found myself paying less attention to the famous landmarks and more to the small moments around them. People waiting outside bars, conversations disappearing into narrow alleys, bicycles passing through pools of light, and the quiet corners hidden between the crowds. This video is a collection of those moments. Just a short evening walk through Shinjuku, accompanied by neon lights, passing strangers, and a bit of curiosity. Thank you for watching.
