Horror Short Film About a Sinister Bargain | Cabbage | USC Short Film

A couple on a desolate farm. A desperate prayer. A visitor with an offer too good to refuse. Cabbage is a 2023 USC School of Cinematic Arts supernatural horror short film, a dark, folkloric tale about desire, consequence and the price of getting exactly what you wanted. Directed by Destinee McCaster, this atmospheric Black horror film draws on the tradition of Sinners and Candyman, where the threat is ancient, and the trap is joy itself. 🏆 Official Selection: Santa Fe International Film Festival · NFFTY · Essence Fest · Sistas Are Doin' It For Themselves Short Film Showcase 🎓 From the USC School of Cinematic Arts - discover the next generation of filmmakers. 🎬 Subscribe for more award-winning student films: ‪@RealityEndsHere‬ Follow us on social media: ➤ Facebook:   / usccinema   ➤ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/usccinema/?hl #BlackHorror #SupernaturalHorror #DealWithTheDevil #FolklorHorror #PsychologicalHorror #AtmosphericHorror #FarmHorror #HorrorShortFilm #USCFilm #USCCinematicArts #RealityEndsHere #StudentShortFilm #IndieHorror #ShortFilm #HalloweenFilm #MustWatch #Darkhorror CREDITS Original Title – Cabbage Director – Destinee McCaster Writer – Vincent J.
