Riding to Changping | A Cloudy E-Scooter Journey Through Northern Beijing

A cloudy midday ride from Xiaoying Bridge to Baifuquan Park in Changping District, Beijing. Starting near the G6 Beijing–Tibet Expressway, I continue north by electric scooter, passing Xisanqi, Huilongguan, Xinzhuang and Shigezhuang before leaving the main G6 corridor and heading toward Changping. The route continues along Shunsha Road, Huaichang Road, Chuangxin Road and Baifuquan Road. Not everything goes according to plan. A couple of wrong turns mean stopping to check the navigation, finding the right direction again, and eventually reaching the area around Baifuquan Park — only to discover that what looked like the entrance was actually the park administration office. The weather display along the way shows a typical cloudy Beijing summer day: 25–31°C with a light northwest wind. No staged scenes, no music and no filters — just a real e-scooter ride through the changing streets and outskirts of northern Beijing.
