Fall Migration Begins | Egrets, Tree Swallows & More

As summer was still unfolding at the refuge, the first signs of fall migration began to appear. I had never seen so many egrets gathered in one location. I was in awe. Shorebirds began making their appearance as well. But the thousands of tree swallows? That, to me, was the very definition of migration. An incredible sight I won't soon forget. Throughout the film, you'll hear the natural sounds of the refuge, including the remarkable calls of the egrets, recorded as I witnessed these moments. Thank you for joining me at the refuge and experiencing the beauty of fall migration! #FallMigration #TreeSwallows #wildlifefilmmaking
