intro to ADDY AiA Appraisal Development Software

UAD 3.6 is here, and a lot of us are learning new software at the same time. I'm Todd. I built Addy AiA so every screen explains itself. Here's how the help works. Point at Hover Tips, Show Me and Help. Up top you have three switches: Hover Tips, Show Me and Help. Leave them on while you learn, and turn them off when you don't need them. Open 0b Intake. Hover over a search field until the tip shows. Hover Tips: point at a field and it tells you what the field is and what the software does with it. Press F1. The help opens on the 0b chapter. Scroll through What it does, Setup and the walkthrough. Press F1 on any module and the help opens on that module. What it does, how to set it up, and a step-by-step walkthrough. Type concession in the help search. Click the top result. Can't remember where something lives? Search it. Type concession, or tandem garage, or time adjustment, and it takes you straight to the answer. Scroll to a formula box with its worked example. The math is written out with worked examples, so you can explain every number to a reviewer. Scroll to What only you decide. Every chapter has a section called What only you decide. The software does the data work. The judgment stays with you. Click the Word guide button. The guide opens. Want it on paper? Open the full guide in Word. Click 🩺 Diagnostic in the banner.
