I Found Some of the BEST Mexican Food in a Gym Parking Lot?!

Y'all have been telling me to try Mi Cosina in Kingsport for what feels like forever, especially their birria tacos. Well, I finally made it over there, and I can see why this little food truck gets so much attention! The birria was fantastic, but I have to say, they also served up some of the best carnitas I've ever had. On top of the food, you've got a super friendly family running the place and some seriously quick service. Just an all-around great little spot for Mexican food here in East Tennessee! 📍 Mi Cosina Mexican Cuisine 2450 Memorial Blvd Kingsport, TN 37664 Located in the Kingsport Fitness & Tanning parking lot. #ZachBites #KingsportTN #EastTennessee #MexicanFood #BirriaTacos
