Inside an East Tennessee Smokehouse Before the Doors Open

Finally made it over to Center Street Grill & Smokehouse in Kingsport. Jeff had a big batch of wings going on the smoker, we made some Cowboy Bites, and he threw together one heck of a bourbon burger with barbecue sauce, pepper jack and grilled onions. That burger was one of the better ones I’ve had in a while, and that spicy peach sauce was probably the biggest surprise of the day. Great food across the board and a super friendly staff. 301 W Center St, Kingsport, TN
