Your audience claps. They comment, they share, they tell you they love your stuff. Then you put a price on something and it goes quiet.
The reason is the thing you are best at.

I had three versions of the same conversation with creators this week. One had very large reach and a good fitness product and could not get her own following to sign up for it. One had millions of followers selling training to professionals, with an email list full of the wrong people. One built an email capture and took it down two weeks later because nobody clapped for it.
Same crack running underneath all three.
An audience is people who showed up because of you. A customer base is people who showed up because they want something in their own life to be different by March. You can have a huge one of those and almost none of the other. And the audience that follows you for you turns out to be the hardest audience to sell to, because personality content collects watchers and a membership runs on people who want an outcome.
This episode is about what your attention is actually about, and what to change without burning down the personality that got you here.
Your homework is at the end. It takes about ten minutes.
