Diversnight 2024 Aftermovie

The aftermovie of Diversnight 2024 in Tröllsjön, Tierp! The event was hosted by Dyk i Gävle with friends and family (www.dykigavle.se). A total of 33 divers entered the water at 20:24 in Trollsjön, setting a new record for us. The mix of experience is what makes this event so much fun, with participants ranging from new open-water divers to rebreather divers. As always, a competition was held, and this year's first prize was a Santi Kango undergarment, sponsored by Reeldiving, who also attended with a pop-up concept store offering all kinds of demo diving gear. The winners of this year’s competition were Anders and Tove in Team Bly “Team Lead"—congratulations! Thirty-three divers are a lot for our small quarry, and as you can see in the video, visibility was quite poor at times. Even on land, there was a large crowd at the event, with attendees ranging in age from 1.5 to over 60 years old. The total attendance was around 60 people, with the longest-traveling diver coming from Gothenburg, 517 km away. The diversity of people is what makes this event so enjoyable.
