"EXTREME T5 RIDGE: Brisen to Hoh Brisen (Don't Look Down!) 🏔️⚠️

A true test of nerves in the heart of Nidwalden! 🏔️🧗‍♂️ Join me on one of the most committing and exposed ridge traverses in Central Switzerland—the T5 route between Brisen (2403 m) and Hoh Brisen (2413 m). While many hikers reach the summit of Brisen via Haldigrat, only a few venture further onto the sharp, disintegrating ridge leading to its neighbor. This traverse is rated T5 due to the extreme exposure, loose rock sections, and the need for absolute sure-footedness. There is no room for error here. Starting from Niederrickenbach, we climbed through stunning alpine scenery to reach the first summit, before entering the technical "No-Fall-Zone" on the way to Hoh Brisen. 📊 Tour Details & Difficulty: 🏔️ Summits: Brisen (2403 m) & Hoh Brisen (2413 m). 🧗‍♂️ Difficulty: T5 (Expert Alpine) – Very exposed with loose rock. 📍 Start: Niederrickenbach / Haldigrat Cable Car. ⚠️ Warning: Only for experienced alpine hikers with a complete lack of vertigo!
