GunForce (Arcade, 1991) Completed 1 Credit, 1CC - No Commentary

Whether you're a recent subscriber or have been following me for a while, THANK YOU for being here! This is a 1 credit run of GunForce, one of Irem's earlier run 'n gun efforts. After the direct sequel to this game (GunForce 2 aka "GeoStorm"), Nazca would eventually go on to make Metal Slug. While the game isn't the most memorable, it has its moments. I particularly like the variety of vehicles the player can pilot, and the Wilhelm-like scream for the player and some enemy deaths. I prefer using the "auto" gun, to save from having to rapidly mash on the button all game. The SNES port of this game suffers from terrible slowdown, but I might have to check it out later because I'm a sucker for run n' gun games. This gameplay was recorded with WolfMAME v.210 using default settings and without autofire. As with all my runs - no TAS (tool assistance), cheats, hacks, or save states are used.
