Lloyd Devastating Jackmaster on WKKC, recorded 2/02/1990 #housemusic #deephouse

Anyone in Chicago remember the Ronnie's Steakhouse downtown location at State & Randolph? I spent endless Friday nights hanging there after work. It was a breakfast and lunch spot during the day, but at 4pm, they'd open the basement up for Happy Hour. They had Djs who played steppers sets from 4-6pm, and then from 6 to 10 it was all deep house and Chicago-style trax. It was the perfect cure for a busy week. THIS mix from Lloyd Dev includes several tracks they used to play at Ronnie's on the regular. Like, subscribe, hit the notification bell, and as always—Be at Peace!
