HP 461A Amplifier (with a cameo from a HP 400F AC Voltmeter)

Another eBay purchase, a HP 461A AMplifier. This is a fixed gain amplifier (20 & 40 dB) and designed for instrumentation work. I'll take a quick look at it and test its gain.
