Our family has wanted to visit Kolejkowo for a long time — the largest miniature world in Poland, located high inside the Sky Tower building. And finally, this time, during the Christmas season, we made it here. The moment you step inside, you understand — this is not just a museum. It’s a small, living world where every detail has its own story. Tiny towns, moving trains, mountains, winter scenes, festive decorations, characters frozen in the middle of everyday life. Every corner is a new discovery. Every scene feels like a little film. And then — a surprise. One of the rooms had been transformed into an edible gingerbread world. The entire room. From floor to ceiling — a sweet, hand‑crafted fairy tale. Houses made of gingerbread. Bridges made of gingerbread. Trains made of gingerbread. Buildings, trees, streets — all decorated with icing, carefully baked and beautifully crafted. It felt as if you had stepped into a Christmas dream where the world can not only be seen, but… eaten. And another magical detail — half of the rooms were designed to imitate nighttime. Soft darkness, muted colors, and hundreds of tiny lights illuminating the streets, houses, and bridges, creating a true evening atmosphere. It looked as if the miniature city was living its own quiet, nighttime life — calm, gentle, a little mysterious. Lights shimmering on the icing, windows glowing, and trains moving across sweet bridges made you feel like you were standing somewhere between fantasy and reality. Kolejkowo is a place where time seems to stop. Where you can simply stand and watch as this tiny world lives at its own pace. As trains travel through mountains. As winter scenes tell their stories. As festive decorations create that special Christmas warmth we all remember from childhood.
