The incredible values of edible weeds

Nina Sengupta presents her beautiful coloring bookbook, Edible Weeds and naturally growing plants, which is a gateway for Adults and Children to rediscover their intimate relationship with Mother Nature both in their diets and in life in general. This book is so important for learning about plants in our bio region, it should be in schools across India. This is a way we can change the narative of local food within the context of education. If every child had this book we could have classes about local edible weeds with science, art, cooking even economics!
