Norfolk Southern 167 (August 23rd 2026)

About 12:20 in the morning 167 hit a trespasser at the 274.8 near LS Junction. Closest road would be 12th street in downtown Louisville. There were no trains until 04:47 when 167 finally went by me headed East. There were trains backed up in both directions but I called it a night at 5am after 167 went by. There was a 279 working Buechel after 167 cleared that has been blocking the crossing at Six Mile (MP 285) all night and I think 375 was waiting to go West at Bluegrass (MP 288). I had heard Dispatch talk to a High & Wide Military train on Main 1 all night and that was thew train I was hoping I would see go by overnight.
