Consider amendments to the agenda. 4. Consider approval of the agenda. 5. Consider approval of an event permit for the 2nd Annual Hometown Heroes 5K and 1-mile Fun Run requested by Jasper Police Department to be held at Gamble Park on April 18, 2026, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. (Kellie Barnes, Events Coordinator) 6. Receive report and consider a recommendation for the following contracts: (Jessica Cook, Purchasing Agent/Accountant) a) Sports Officials b) Tree Removal 7. Consider a request for permission to send bids for the following: (Jessica Cook, Purchasing Agent/Accountant) a) Exclusive Non-Alcoholic Beverages b) Grounds Maintenance at North Jasper Park c) Grounds Maintenance at New Prospect Cemetery d) Grounds Maintenance at Gay Reed Cemetery 8. Consider a request for permission to renew the fuel contract for one year under the same terms and pricing. (Jessica Cook, Purchasing Agent/Accountant) 9. Introduce Budget Amendment 2025/2026-08 to provide funding for body scanner maintenance for Jasper Police Department and eight computers for Municipal Court. (Kathy Chambless, City Clerk) 10. Consider approving a streetlight near 3602 Coral Blvd. (Councilmember Watts) 11. Introduce an ordinance rezoning a .16 acre+- parcel of land located at 1509 9th Ave, from R-1 (Single Family Residence) Zoning District to B-T (Transition Business) Zoning District to allow for placement of a retail farm to market business. (District 5) (Brent McCarver, City Planner) 12. Receive comments from Mayor. 13. Receive comments from Councilmembers. 14. Receive comments from audience.
