Patrick Decker vs. Senkbeil & Ishida (TTS Borsum X SC Buschhausen | 3. Bundesliga Tischtennis 22/23)

After laying down in bed for some days due to a little infection I was not perfectly in shape for this weekend but nevertheless it was successful for our team and me as well. Last Saturday we played against a really good playing team from SC Buschhausen who are placed higher in the ranking as we and who we could beat as an outsider with 6:4 to win some important points in the relegation battle! In my first single match I had to play against Junior National player and training partner from Landesstützpunkt Hannover Vincent Senkbeil. We know each other very well so it was a bit tricky to play against him but I could beat him in a close match with 3:1. Next up I had to play against their Brazilian top player Carlos Ishida who started the series with a strong record of 6:1. After some initial difficulties I could beat him in a close match with 3:1 too!
