Recruitment, Setbacks & Growth Behind the Scenes | Bodylogics Weekly | Ep032

Another week balancing patient care, recruitment, and a challenging property project all at once. We had one of the hardest home visit sessions yet, alongside ongoing interviews for our Head of Operations role and a new massage therapist joining the team. Behind the scenes, we've been training up our new AI receptionist and pushing forward with the new booking system and better data analysis. The residential project also hit a setback, with completion pushed back and rising costs adding extra pressure. A mix of tough calls and steady progress across recruitment, operations, and property development. If you're interested in the real journey of building and scaling a healthcare business, this channel shares the wins, setbacks, and decisions that happen behind the scenes. 📍 Clinics across Barnet, Whetstone, Winchmore Hill & Colindale. 🎥 New videos every week. If you enjoy following the journey, don't forget to like, comment and subscribe. We're always looking for ambitious physiotherapists and podiatrists to join our growing team.
