JOINT COMMITTEE REVIEWS IMPLEMENTATION BY INFRASTRUCTURE AND LANDS DEPARTMENTS The Implementation Committee, chaired by Hon. John Macharia, is today engaging the County Executive in a joint interrogation of the Departments of Infrastructure and Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development. The session brings together CECM for Infrastructure, Eng. Michael and CECM for Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, Mr John Kihagi. The Committee is reviewing implementation of the departments’ programmes and projects for FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27, with Members seeking updates on budget utilisation, project progress, challenges encountered and measures being taken to ensure approved projects are delivered to residents.
