In this video specifically, I work on my forward outside 3 turns, forward crossovers, landing position, 2 foot spin, backward stroking, backward slalom, and backward edge glides on a circle (bwd inside and outside edges). At this time, I was testing at LTS Adult/Basic 4 & 5 and I really struggled with my crossovers, 3 turns, landing position, and backward edges... can you relate?
