According to the vision of the Estonian Union of Nationalities, the program traditionally includes Estonian folk dance groups to demonstrate the close ties, mutual respect, and beautiful intertwining of Estonian culture with the traditions of all ethnic groups living in the country. Dressed in authentic historic costumes from the Nissi region, these dancers proved that folk dance is anything but boring. Set to the lively folk-rock rhythms of the band Undsakad and the nostalgic 90s pop hit "Jaanipäev" by Hoveri-Coveri, this wonderful women's group brought a whirlwind of emotion, energy, and lighthearted humor to the stage. As per tradition, the performance concluded with a vibrant, joyful dance joined by the audience right on the cobblestones of the Town Hall Square. На Днях национальных культур (Rahvuskultuuride päevad) в Таллинне украшением праздника стало выступление женского ансамбля Vasalemma Lepalind. Их руководителем является Мари Тоом (Mari Toom). По замыслу Объединения национальностей Эстонии, программу традиционно дополняют эстонские народные танцевальные коллективы. Это делается специально, чтобы показать тесную связь, взаимоуважение и переплетение эстонской культуры с традициями всех народов, проживающих в стране. Одетые в аутентичные старинные костюмы региона Нисси, эти танцоры показали, что народный танец — это не скучно. Под задорные фолк-рок мотивы группы Undsakad и ностальгический поп-хит 90-х «Jaanipäev» от Hoveri-Coveri прекрасный женский коллектив устроил на сцене настоящий вихрь эмоций, энергии и лёгкого юмора.
