I Gave My Sheep a Spa Day....Then Two of Them Escaped

Today I’m giving three of my hair sheep — Eve, Dotty and Candi — a much-needed spa day before the cold weather gets here. They’re getting warm baths, blowouts, a little trimming and hoof care, but each of these girls has a very different personality. Eve gets overwhelmed when it’s time to do her feet, Dotty has been with me since she was a bottle baby, and Candi was the first sheep I ever successfully milked. Everything was going pretty smoothly… until I realized I’d left the gate open and two of my freshly groomed sheep had wandered out while poor Candi was still standing on the grooming stand waiting for me. 😂 Welcome to Quietly Ewe — our little homestead built around a flock of hair sheep and the everyday work, animals and projects that come with it. Thanks for spending part of your day here. 🤍 #sheep #farmlife #homesteading #hairsheep #sheepcare
